Children
Payment Options
Our family-centered approach reaches beyond our services to our payment plans. Aspire works with each family to help them understand their policy and coverage for services.
As a provider in the State of Illinois Early Intervention System for children under the age of three, we follow the guidelines set forth by the State. These guidelines include accepting payment for services through the state system for families who do not have private insurance, and for families who do have private insurance, we will bill your insurance carrier first.
For parents who chose to bypass the Early Intervention System or who have children over the age of three, payment options include private insurance and personal payment for services.
We know that navigating the world of insurance can be confusing and time consuming. That's why Aspire will verify insurance benefits, secure pre-certifications if necessary, and file appeals on your behalf. We work with you in partnership to secure the payment of services through your insurance carrier.
Aspire is experienced in working with various insurance carriers, such as but not limited to:
- Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois PPO and Blue Choice – participating provider
- Tri Care – preferred provider
- Cigna
- United Health Care
- AETNA
- Professional Benefits Administrator
- Humana
If applicable, parents will be responsible for co-pay and personal payments at the time of service.

Barb and Doug Prine have been involved with Aspire since their son Ben, who contracted meningitis as a newborn, was just three months old. The hospital’s intensive care unit staff suggested the Elmhurst couple investigate physical therapy when it became apparent Ben had vision impairments and developmental delays.
